KZ RV Hosts Inaugural KZ University RV Dealer Training Program

Dealerships Across North America Gather for Hands-On Learning and Brand Immersion

Shipshewana, IN – December 17, 2025 – KZ RV proudly hosted its first-ever KZ University RV Dealer Training Program, welcoming dealerships from across North America to its campus for an immersive, multi-day program designed to strengthen product knowledge, enhance customer experience strategies, and deepen understanding of the KZ RV brand.

Throughout the event, attendees participated in comprehensive training sessions covering KZ RV brands, marketing resources, customer experience management, materials, and processes. The program featured plant tours and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) demonstrations, where KZ RV’s Regional Sales Managers and General Manager highlighted the distinct advantages of KZ RV’s construction methods and brand philosophy.

Dealers also engaged in supplier-led seminars, gaining valuable insights into the key features and benefits of the components KZ RV integrates into its RVs.

“Our dealer partners are the front line of telling the KZ RV difference, and we see them as an investment, which is why we created the KZ University Sales Training Program,” said Brent Froman, General Manager, KZ RV.

The program concluded with a graduation ceremony at Four Winds Casino in South Bend, where attendees enjoyed an evening of socializing with the executive team and sales teams, dinner, presentation of framed certificates of completion, and branded gifts.

“This was our inaugural Dealer Training Program, and the positive feedback from attendees has been overwhelming. We have people saying they want to come back next year. Our goal is to continue and grow this event,” said Brent Froman, General Manager, KZ RV.
