KZ RV Receives RVDA Quality Circle Award

SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA – KZ Recreational Vehicles was presented the 2022 RVDA Quality Circle Award. The award represents rated insight into the dealer experience with KZ Recreational Vehicles and its products. KZ has won the Quality Circle Award more than any other RV manufacturer.

Brent Froman, General Manager at KZ RV, stated, “During the pandemic, many manufacturers increased production, resulting in record quantities produced. Unfortunately, this also resulted in decreased quality. Here at KZ, we understood this risk, so we chose a different path. We decided to stay true to who we are: we focused on keeping quality at the forefront of everything we do. This acknowledgement of our commitment is a testament to the quality of the bedrock of our foundations.”

KZ also chose to prioritize taking care of dealers and customers by using this time to build a brand-new state of the art customer service building, rather than new buildings for production. This new building is capable of warehousing three time more parts than before, resulting in better RECT times for dealers and customers. KZ is now able to produce parts faster than ever.
