KZ Expands Executive Leadership Team

SHIPSHEWANA, IN – KZ today announced a restructuring of its executive team. Sean Andrews has joined KZ as vice president of service operations, effective immediately. He will oversee all after-market operations, including warranty, service repair, parts shipping and customer service, reporting directly to the president. Andrews comes to KZ from Heartland RV, where he held leadership roles in both dealer services and operations. He resides in White Pigeon, Michigan with his wife and three children. “Sean brings 15 years of industry experience to this new position, and we are excited to have him on board as we continue to focus on customer care,” said Aram Koltookian, president.

Delbert Miller, KZ’s longtime corporate vice president, has taken on an expanded role as part of the new structure. His focus will include international sales, emerging markets and CKD initiatives, as well as legal affairs. In addition, he oversees safety and OSHA compliance, and remains responsible for campus maintenance and capital expansion projects. “These new leadership roles will allow KZ to best leverage the talents and strengths we possess as an organization,” noted Koltookian.
