SHIPSHEWANA, IN – KZ has been awarded the 2014 RVDA Quality Circle Award for several of its products. The announcement was made by Phil Ingrassia, president of the National RV Dealers Association, at the close of this year’s RVDA convention in Las Vegas.
“Receiving the Quality Circle Award and being regarded so highly by our dealer body is quite an honor”, said Aram Koltookian, KZ COO. “This is the 14th year KZ has been chosen to receive this award, and I speak for our whole company when I say ‘Thank You’ to our dealers,” Koltookian continued.
“KZ doesn’t take the importance of our customer relationships lightly,” echoed Marlene Snyder, KZ vice president of sales and marketing. “We don’t assume we’ll receive the DSI award each year. Every department – whether it be sales, customer service or production – must earn the respect of our dealers and customers every single day. It doesn’t matter which hoops we jumped through yesterday or the day before. The only thing that’s important is that we did our absolute best today, to earn the privilege of being represented on our dealer’s sales lots,” Snyder concluded.
