Each year the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) asks its members to express their level of satisfaction with their manufacturer in categories like sales, products, management, service and warranty / support.

To earn the Dealer Satisfaction Index Quality Circle Award, KZ and six other manufacturers out of 1,836 received that rating. KZ has received that rating every year since 2000.
